Affinity Energy & Environmental, P.A. was founded by David Holtsclaw, P.E., LEED AP, CxA.  The company specializes in energy and environmental consulting services.

Mr. Holtsclaw has over 30 years of experience in the energy and environmental fields.  His expertise includes AHERA services for schools, environmental permitting, energy modeling, soil and groundwater remediation, Special Inspections for new construction, new building commissioning, and many other areas.

Mr. Holtsclaw graduated from N.C. State University with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer.  Prior to Affinity, Mr. Holtsclaw worked in the nuclear power and manufacturing industries before starting an environmental consulting firm he worked with for 20 years.
